IMPORTANT UPGRADE FOR HUGHES HNS 9201 AND HNS 9250 BGAN TERMINALS

Inmarsat has announced that scheduled network enhancements to support future BGAN services will require the loading of a software update for the HNS 9201 and HNS 9250 terminals. The update is not required on non-HNS terminals.

Download Windows and Macintosh firmware upgrade (8 MB)

Download and unzip the file WIN &MAC_3_6_1_5.zip, then install the relevant version of the firmware upgrade (PC or Mac). Make sure the Hughes BGAN terminal is connected to your PC or Mac, and that the BGAN terminal is fully powered.

1) LaunchPad for Windows.

Latest Version: 3.7.0

To install Launchpad version 3.7.0 on Windows, download and unzip the following file, then run the 3.7.0 installer.

2) Macintosh OS X (Intel and non-Intel).

Latest Version: 3.7.2

To install Launchpad version 3.7.2 on Macintosh, download and unzip the following file, then run the 3.7.2 installer.
