FLEET TALK MOBILE SATELLITE TELEPHONE FROM WESTINGHOUSE
Fleet Talk is a mobile satellite telephone that provides voice, fax, and data coverage wherever you travel. From within satellite coverage, you can make or receive calls worldwide. Satellites cover virtually all of North America, Central America, the northern tip of South America, Hawaii, and the entire Caribbean. You can dial or be dialed directly and, through digital technology, all calls are totally private. With a laptop, you can use e-mail or surf the net. Shipments can be located, monitored and rerouted if necessary while you are on the road. Easily installed in almost any vehicle, Fleet Talk comes with all mounting hardware and cabling. Also standard are numerous features for security, restrictions and ease of operation, all programmable through a handset. Interfaces are provided for facsimile, packet data, and GPS equipment, and a push-to-talk handset. Fleet Talk models include both a mast and a dome medium gain antenna system, and a high gain dome antenna system called Fleet Talk PLUS.
