V100 Compact Multiplexer - Chassis

The V100 Compact Multiplexer was developed following requirements from customers to produce "field deployment friendly" versions of the V100 Versatile Multiplexer.
Essentially, the V100 Compact is the same as the V100 Versatile Multiplexer except for the following changes.
- One Option Slot - Not Two
- DC Powered (Options of 12V DC or 24/48V DC)
- No Fan Needed for Ventilation
- Lower Cost
The V100 Compact Multiplexer can also be delivered in a laptop style case, making it an ideal field deployable unit to sit alongside an Inmarsat terminal, or in a flyaway terminal which has smaller communication devices than regular 19" rack mount.
The V100 Compact Multiplexer offers the following ports and features:
- Two Serial Data Ports : Aggregate or Tributary
- TCP/IP Router Port (10/100 base-T) for Aggregate or Tributary
- Option for TCP Performance Enhanced Proxy
- Option Slot for ISDN Terminal Adapter
- One Main Option Slot for any V100 Option Card
- Supervisor Port (DB9 Async)
