Vocality V100 Compact & Versatile Multiplexers

The Vocality V100 was originally developed to provide a broad range of multiplexer services to the static and mobile satellite communications user. Over time, the Vocality V100 has developed to become a central component to hundreds of satcom networks, providing its unique mix of services, combined with special capabilities which make wide area networking more efficient or reliable when operating over limited bandwidth or high latency links.

V100's Position In The Vocality Range

All products in Vocality International's range can interoperate effectively. Interoperability is central to Vocality International's products. A Vocality V100 can act as a hub to multiple V50 or V25 units, whilst a Vocality V200 can act as a hub to multiple V25, V50 or V100 units. Users needing hand portable multiplexing or routing are advised to look at the Vocality V25 or V50 for the remote sites, whilst hub sites would benefit from a 1U 19” chassis such as the Vocality V100 or for large, channel dense applications, the Vocality V200 may be the best option.

The Vocality V100 multiplexer platform offers unrivalled flexibility through its wide range of options, and also includes an integrated IP router. With unparalleled support for cryptos, audio, telephony and link error and latency optimised IP, the Vocality V100 is the natural choice for mobile and fixed satellite networks.

V100 Compact Multiplexer - Chassis

When users need access to the range of option cards available in the Vocality V100 range, but only need one option slot and a smaller than rack mount form factor, the the Vocality V100 Compact is the perfect chassis solution. The Vocality V100 Compact is ideal for tactical field deployed terminals as well as commercial "comms on the move" solutions. It is available in 12 or 24/48V DC versions only.

The full size V100 solution offers - like the V50 and the V100 Compact - integrated TCP/IP bridge routing, alongside 2 main option slots. The Vocality V100 Versatile Multiplexer offers wide ranging AC power only, and is fully compatible with all other multiplexers and routers in the Vocality range.

Vocality V100 Analogue Voice Card (2, 4 or 8 Channels)

The heart of the majority of Vocality networks, the 4 and 8 channel voice cards offer compressed telephony circuits - soft selectable as G.723.1, G.729A, NetCoder© as well as ADPCM and PCM. Unlike most competitive solutions, Vocality offers all compression techniques, FXS, FXO and TieLine built into the same card with each channel uniquely configurable. Also available as a 2 channel 2 wire only card.

Vocality V100 Digital Voice Card (10, 24 or 30 Channels)

When analogue voice connectivity fails to offer sufficient channel density, the Vocality V100 Digital Voice Card provides 24 or 30 channels of highest quality compressed voice presented on E1/T1 interfaces. The Vocality V100 Digital Voice Card offers Q.931 and common channel signalling, and full interoperability with the analogue voice card.

Vocality V100 Quad Data Card

When competitive solutions offer choices of interface type, Vocality offers them all - soft selectable - uniquely on each port. The Vocality V100 Quad Data Card can be soft configured for serial data up to 2Mbps or high speed async data, aggregate or tributary, and physical interfaces including RS422/449, RS530, V.24, X.21/V.11 and V.35. No interchangeable interfaces are required.

Vocality V100 TCP Performance Enhancing Proxy (PEP) for the Router
