About Isatphone Pro
IsatPhone Pro is Inmarsat’s mobile satellite phone service, providing a simple, highly affordable way of staying in touch. Robust, compact and competitively priced, IsatPhone Pro is ideal for professional users in the government, media, aid, oil and gas, mining and construction sectors, who work in areas where local networks are unreliable or non-existent.
The new IsatPhone Pro is the first handset to be purpose-built for the Inmarsat network and will be available on a global basis over the three Inmarsat-4 satellites, which have an operational lifetime into the 2020s.

Saver Plus Plan:
- The minimum duration for the Saver Plus Plan is 12 months
- Early termination fee for Saver Plus plan is $600.00
Saver Plan:
- The minimum duration for the Saver Plan is 12 months.
- Early termination fee for Saver Plan is $400.00
Economy Plan:
- The minimum duration for the Economy Plan is 12 months
- Early termination fee for Economy Plan is $250.00
Emergencyconomy Plan:
- The minimum duration for the Emergency Plan is 12 months

Refund Policy
All refunds must be arranged with the Remote Satellite Systems Sales Manager websales@remotesatellite.com in order to be processed. Unactivated prepaid SIM cards may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are still honored by the satellite service provider, and must be returned in original condition. Activated prepaid SIM cards cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund. Deactivation of an activated card stops service. Deactivated prepaid SIM cards are not eligible for any credit or refund for any unused minutes or validity.
Term Commitment
There is a 12 month term commitment for all IsatPhone Pro Plans. Early termination fees apply.
